Will cutting audio keep the original file format?

The original stays unchanged, but the selected excerpt is encoded as MP3 at 192 kbps. WAV, FLAC and other inputs are not exported in their original format.

Are my files uploaded?

The compressor, trimmer, cropper, audio cutter and MP3 extractor process files locally in your browser. They do not upload your media. AI and other existing tools may use online services.

Are these tools free?
